Receptionist Vacancy Available.

We are currently recruiting a part time / full time Receptionist / Administrator to efficiently run the day to day operations in our Coburg Office:

Your days will be varied and include a range of duties, such as:

· Answering phones and calling customers for order

· Data Entry, Invoicing and processing payments

· Customer service and Sales Support

· Responding customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner via telephone

· General reception and administrative duties

· Prepare packaging needs for front house and production

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role, preferably have a sound knowledge of hospitality industry. Experience in other professional service organisations will also be considered.

To be successful in this role you should:

· Have excellent communication and people skills

· Have outstanding attention to detail

· Be highly proficient in the MS Office Suite

· Be able to handle a diverse range of tasks with competing priorities

· Have a flexible and can-do attitude

· Knowledge of Chinese / Cantonese language will be highly necessary

· Knowledge of MYOB will be essential
