Receptionist Vacancy Available.
We are currently recruiting a Receptionist / Administrator to efficiently run the day to day operations in our Coburg Office:
Your days will be varied and include a range of duties, such as:
Running of reports as required
Answering customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner via telephone
Managing of incoming faxes, photocopying, and scanning
General reception and front of house duties
Personal Assistant duties for Management
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably have a sound knowledge of hospitality industry. Experience in other professional service organisations will also be considered.
To be successful in this role you should:
Have excellent communication and people skills
Have outstanding attention to detail
Be highly proficient in the MS Office Suite
Be able to handle a diverse range of tasks with competing priorities
Have a flexible and can-do attitude
Knowledge of Chinese / Cantonese language will be highly regarded but not essential
Knowledge of MYOB will be highly regarded but not essential
