Receptionist Vacancy Available.

We are currently recruiting a Receptionist / Administrator to efficiently run the day to day operations in our Coburg Office:

Your days will be varied and include a range of duties, such as:

  • Answering phones

  • Data Entry

  • Email Management

  • Running of reports as required

  • Answering customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner via telephone

  • Managing of incoming faxes, photocopying, and scanning

  • General reception and front of house duties

  • Personal Assistant duties for Management

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably have a sound knowledge of hospitality industry. Experience in other professional service organisations will also be considered.

To be successful in this role you should:

  • Have excellent communication and people skills

  • Have outstanding attention to detail

  • Be highly proficient in the MS Office Suite

  • Be able to handle a diverse range of tasks with competing priorities

  • Have a flexible and can-do attitude

  • Knowledge of Chinese / Cantonese language will be highly regarded but not essential

  • Knowledge of MYOB will be highly regarded but not essential
