Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday only (Pakenham, Cranbourne & Romsey - Tues & order Tuesday for Thursday, Torquay & Hurtsbridge - Tues & Fri, Wallan & Bacchus Marsh - Wed Only, Apollo Bay - Order on Mon for Wed delivery Only)
Delivery fee is various, $20 (Melbourne CBD & Inner North areas) and up to $35 delivery fee depending on your location. Please note that delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
ONLINE ORDER AND CUT OFF TIMES
Order on Monday to Friday from 9am - 12:30pm (AEDT) for next available delivery*. We are closed on the weekends. No orders will be accepted during weekends for next available delivery. If you want to serve your cakes on the weekend, please order ahead (Mon-Thurs) for Friday delivery. Note that certain cakes take different production times. Please refer menu for further details. All orders will only be proceeded once it has been confirmed including payment via phone call.
No claims will be accepted after 3 days from delivery. Products must be returned to our factory for claims to be processed, and if applicable a credit will be given.
SIZE & PORTIONS
Our cakes are available in three sizes and the recommended portion size will produce roughly the following quantities:
12" 20 - 22 serves
10" 10 - 16 serves
8" 8 - 10 serves
For a clean cut, warm your knife in hot water and dry prior to cutting the cake.
Menu Photos are accurate at the time it was taken. Decorations of Cakes & Treats may alter occasionally as our recipes are subject to change while the allergens stated on this website may differ accordingly. Current allergen declarations are available upon request. Products that do not contain an allergen in their recipe are manufactured in the same premises & equipment where allergens may be present.
Some of our products are applicable to be served at ambient temperature. Those indicated as ambient may be considered as suitable hold at ambient during service. We recommend all products to be stored refrigerated at 3°C – 5°C and all use by dates are calculated at 100% refrigerated storage, therefore choosing to hold at ambient will reduce the shelf life of your product.
